Cockpit
This is equipped with a sitting area that surrounds the whole cockpit. Access to
the portside engine room is through the cockpit. On starboard, the helm and all
the instruments are situated, including :

The cockpit is covered and can be totally enclosed with 'roll down' windows, which
protects against intensive sun radiation as well as tropical rain. Despite
heavy weather at times we never had water break into the cockpit in all the
10 years and 35000 nm of sailing. The helm is equipped with a 2 lever steering for each Faryman Diesel, and for each engine the following instruments are installed at the helm:
